Our people are at the heart of our business, and we do everything we can to protect them. We’re fighting to prevent modern slavery in our industry and spreading awareness about this issue across our team, and beyond. We pay fairly (with annual salary reviews) and provide a safe, nurturing working environment for all — where everyone can express opinions or concerns.

We recognise our responsibilities to our people and our planet — and our obligation to reduce the impact of our business activities on the environment. We’re working hard to implement environmental best practice into all our business activities. And we’re committed to achieving our BCorp certification by Summer 2024.
